Beck's Big Bore

Overview:


All sales of ammunition are final and non-refundable/returnable. By purchasing ammunition from Beck's Big Bore you agree to use the ammunition only as directed in a safe and legal manner. All high pressure ammunition will be used only in firearms that are designed to withstand the pressures put out by high pressure hunting and self defense rounds. Beck's Big Bore will not be held liable for injuries or damaged property due to the misuse of the ammuntion sold, or poor firearm conditions. Please consult the below agreement for more information.



Seller: Beck’s Big Bore (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")

Buyer: The individual, entity, or purchasing party (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer")

1. Absolute Finality of Sale (No Returns / No Refunds) All transactions, purchases, and sales of ammunition through the Company are strictly final.

No Returns: Under no circumstances will the Company accept returns of ammunition once a transaction is completed and the product has left the Company's custody or control.

No Refunds or Exchanges: All funds received by the Company are non-refundable. The Company will not issue refunds, store credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or compatibility issues.

2. Buyer Representations, Warranties, and Conditions of Use By executing a purchase, the Buyer expressly represents, warrants, and agrees to the following conditions:

Lawful and Safe Operation: The Buyer shall utilize all ammunition strictly in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, and solely in a safe, prudent, and responsible manner as directed by industry standards.

Firearm Compatibility and Condition: The Buyer assumes sole responsibility for ensuring that any firearm utilized in conjunction with the Company’s ammunition is in optimal, mechanically sound working condition.

High-Pressure Ammunition Stipulation: The Buyer explicitly acknowledges that certain products sold by the Company constitute high-pressure hunting and self-defense rounds. The Buyer warrants that such high-pressure ammunition will only be discharged in firearms explicitly engineered, rated, and structurally certified by the manufacturer to safely withstand the specific pressures generated by such rounds.

3. Strict Limitation of Liability and Indemnification WARNING: Ammunition operation carries inherent risks. By purchasing, you are waiving certain legal rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Personal injury, bodily harm, or wrongful death;

Property damage or destruction of firearms.

This limitation applies unconditionally to any damage or injury arising from, relating to, or resulting from:

Misuse or Negligence: The misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized modification of the ammunition by the Buyer or any third party.

Substandard Equipment: The use of ammunition in poorly maintained, defective, obstructed, or structurally inadequate firearms.

Failure to Comply: Any failure by the Buyer to adhere strictly to the warnings and safety guidelines provided herein.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, or losses resulting from a breach of this agreement.

4. Integration and Severability This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Buyer regarding return policies and liability limitations. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

BY PROCEEDING WITH ANY PURCHASE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOREGOING TERMS.
